ReplyDeleteAccording to the State of Wisconsin court records and the US Attorney's Office (https://www.justice.gov/usao-wdwi/pr/eau-claire-man-found-guilty-fraud), Bernard Seidling only served 30 months of his 36 month sentence.
ReplyDeleteHe is now active in Florida and has already started new legal cases in Monroe County, Florida. He does not seem to have learned much from his 30 months in prison. I urge anyone who is being harassed by Bernie (Bernard Seidling), who is a serial fraud veteran in multiple states, to reach out to the FBI (https://www.fbi.gov/contact-us/field-offices) or the US Attorney's Office.
