  2. To Whom it May Concern:

Bernard Seidling is the owner of Real Estate at:
403 Lotus Lake, Lake Jackson, TX, 77566.

It can be viewed at the website: houston.blockshopper.com.

As well he owns many properties in the vicinity as he has been offering to SAVE innocent people from the burdens of falling behind in mortgage payments. It is my understanding that he purchases the properties for them, and re-issues his personal financing to them, raises the payments above what they were when they were already behind, then swoops in and initiates a foreclosure, removes the owners, and then starts his always dirty contract for deed sales tactics. Or so it has been said. My experiences with this scoundrel would suggest it is possible if not probable.
He stole my property using a different tactic, but ultimately it is just another variation or his relentless lust for money at all cost to anyone but himself!

I have been all around the world, met thousands of people, some very deceptive....but to date, Bernard tops the list for dishonesty, intentional financial harm to others, and GREED!
Ultimately, without the solid foundation of accumulating wealth "legally" his ship is now taking on water..
It's Fools Gold for Guilded fools they say.

I suspect this property and many others like it are Bernard Owned in Texas as this has been his latest area for scheming and scamming now that Wisconsin has assisted in the indictment of his person.
Perhaps you can check if this property is listed as an asset in the Bankruptcy case. However, at this juncture, I suspect Bernard is in so much trouble it may be irrelevant.
