How the transfer of properties worked in the Seidling's favor

This is how Bernie Seidling would transfer vendors interest on their land contracts and hide where to send payments to. This is our land record, only one of many, many ways they were deceiving. History of land in Forest Township Tax IDs 014-1020-10 & 014-1020-20 Bernard Seidling
Then our 5 acres before it became Forest Estates:
Notice all the dates also. At this time we did not receive notification of this document being filed, the change of Vendors Interest to Rayon Land Trust. They (the seidlings) would create a different d.b.a. with a different mailing address, conveniently not send notification to the land contract holder which in turn then the holder would not send a payment to the correct "new" p.o. address, then bernie would be able to "claim" that the holder did not send him proper payment when due and foreclose on said property and be able to not only to foreclose on the remainder due but also sue the land contract holder for the amount that the owner already paid bernie on the land contract.
